I didn’t receive an email confirmation?
It may have gone into you Junk or Spam folder so please check there.
You can also save my email (danielle@knotsandniggles.co.uk) as a trusted sender to stop this happening in future.
I’ve forgotten my password/login?
You can request “Forgot?” on the login page and when you fill out your email address, it will send you a login code.

I need to change my appointment?
If you need to change your appointment to a different day or time, please re-book your appointment online.
Then contact me with the time and date of the appointment you would like cancelled.
You can do this via a note on your new appointment or via text, WhatsApp or email.
I need to cancel my appointment?
Please contact me to cancel your appointment.
If you would like to reschedule or re-book your appointment after a cancellation, you will need to do this using the online booking system.
I am having technical difficulties or have accessibility needs?
I am more than happy to manually assist anyone who genuinely cannot use the online system due to accessibility issues.
Please get in touch and I can book you in.
I want a last minute appointment or cancellation slot?
To keep my schedule manageable, the online system does not allow same-day or short-notice bookings.
If you want to be added to my cancellation waitlist for a specific week, please message me.
What about Saturday appointments?
Saturday slots are limited and available by request only.
If you require a Saturday, please contact me directly to check availability.
The date or time I want is not showing?
The online booking system shows all of my availability (except for Saturdays).
If the time or date is not showing, it means it is either already booked or that I do not have availability for that date or time.
